I purchased a king bed a few years back- great quality mattress with timely delivery. Recently, I bought a new mattress for my sleep sofa- what a huge improvement from the one that came with the couch. The mattress is so much more comfortable. When the new mattress didn't quite fit into my couch, the owner (Ken) promptly came out to assess the situation. It was determined that I needed a new mechanism for the sleep sofa. Nic & Justin showed up the very next day with the new mechanism and installed it. However, now the seat cushions were slanted forward making sitting on the couch uncomfortable. Ken and Justin came back out and made several adjustments until the seat cushions were level and the couch was comfortable to sit on again. Ken even came back a few hours later on the same day to install new (higher) legs for my couch. I was so impressed with their patience, professionalism, and their commitment/creativity to solve my couch problem. Ken really meant it when he said they were not going to leave until I was satisfied. You just don't find this level of customer service these days- truly exceptional! Highly recommend King's Mattress for not only mattresses, but all your furniture needs. They have a great selection of home decor too- art work, lamps, etc. Quality products, selection, fair/reasonable prices, and especially service clearly sets King's above the rest into a league of their own. Stopped to look because our sofa was challenged. They offered to come to the condo to see if they could adjust it. But, they had such nice stuff, with great service that we bought a new sofa and bed! Did I mention great service!

We recently purchased a rental unit and were in need of a bed and dresser quickly. Nick at King’s was wonderful helping us find a bed quickly. There were some issues with a faulty frame and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would much rather use a family owned business like Nick’s then a big box retail store. The customer service was superb! I highly recommend.

This would be my go to for mattresses. I liked their brand Provincial or Provencal? Pillow top on both sides for 999. in a king! Also their non pillow top, still flippable for about 959. Lots of coils! Artwork and furniture as well in a casual setting.

We've used Kings furniture several times for our vacation rentals in Crystal Beach - hands down best company we've worked with. Quality and prices are exceptional! Owner and staff are so friendly! If you're in the market for new furnishings, shop at Kings ... you won't be sorry! Excellent experience all around. (Also, the Jenny sectional is our favorite and most comfortable couch EVER!)

I manage a vacation rental company. We have used King's for the past several years and have always had excellent service from them. They are quick to respond when I am in a jam and need a new sofa sleeper mechanism at the last minute. I ordered two new mechanisms for two different units this week. They installed one and then proceeded to fix the other mechanism instead of replacing it. They could have very easily just replaced it and I would have never known that it could have been fixed. I appreciate their honesty. They will continue to be my "go to" company when recommending furniture stores to my owners.

I live on the west coast and only had a couple of days to upgrade the furniture in a vacation rental we own. King's furniture not only had the perfect selection for my needs, they were able to deliver it that afternoon. The furniture is significantly better quality for high traffic use in rentals. Also, the team that delivered everything were awesome. They explained the features and what makes their pieces higher quality than most as they set everything up. They hauled off everything we didn't need and even helped us carry some things down to the dumpster. We had an excellent experience all around.
